While serving in the military, I found myself frustrated by the pre-workout supplements on the market—most of them were filled with unnecessary fillers, and the ones that claimed to have benefits rarely included enough of the right ingredients to make a difference. So, I started doing something unconventional: I bought clean ingredients in bulk and created my own pre-workout mix. This allowed me to control the ingredients, ensure I was using only what truly benefits muscle building, blood flow, and recovery, and avoid the fillers that many big companies were using to cut costs.

While working out intensely in the military during summer months, the importance of proper hydration became evident. And the lack of hydration in fitness products at the time became glaringly obvious. That’s why we made sure every serving of our pre-workout contains the same hydration qualities of leading electrolyte hydration powders.
